How I did it: It usually takes about 3 weeks to form a habit so I set my target to 3 weeks of going to bet earlier than everyone else I know (around 9-10pm). Would Love To Start A Charity 11 months ago

I would love to start a charity. I was brought up by a single mum and it wasn’t easy for her. I also have lots of friends who have been brought up like me. I want to start a charity that helps single mums in my country. They work so hard for their children that they forget how important it is for them to live their life and enjoy it with a little bit of selfishness.

This cause will help single mothers financially, and perhaps education-wise as well (especially mums who had to leave school early to provide for their kids).
