Two things about owning your own house;
1) There’s no better feeling (housing-wise) than stepping into a house you (really your bank, but you forget about that until the mortgage bill comes around every month) own.
2) You will never get bored (nor have any spare time of you’re a career person) because there is ALWAYS something that needs to be fixed..
