and more important from “doing nothing”. I guess my main focus should lie on becoming aware of myself and regain my motivation and the drive at doing some more productive things.
Yesterday was the first day since “I can’t remember when” that I wanted to learn and to take action. I resumed to create a task lists for the following day using another structure than I used to. I mixed ugly tasks and the relaxing ones in a new way and I will try working with this scheme of gratification.
I can’t emphasis enough that I need to take care of myself, focusing of having enough spare and relaxation periods. It’s really important not to backslide into old, bad behaviors. Even if I want to be faster and better so badly, it wouldn’t do me any favor if I rushed. It would just lead to panic attacks.
