Not feeling very well, but did the equivilant of over 4.5 miles (that is over 450 calories burned) on the DDR again. For not feeling well, I’d say that’s pretty good! I’m a little sore today from doing 7 miles yesterday, but whatev! It’s all good!

So, i got home after my interview/hiring, and was like “ok, it’s DDR time.”
So i put it on workout mode and did it for 2 hours, burning over 700 calories.
And in total i’ve consumed probably under 100. I was scared about the interview, so i didn’t really eat.
I’ve started doing DDR lately because it’s a good workout, gets my heartrate but, but it’s boring… like a tredmill…
My goal is between 20-25 lbs. off this summer, hopefully around 10 in June, more if I can.
Yeah, i worked that DDR bitch!
