Go to sleep at 10 or earlier every night for a week
Tired in mornings

Well, right now, I fall asleep at about 12:00 each night, and wake up at 8 for school. But, I’m rushed to get everything done since I need to have a shower, and have breakfast and get ready by 8:30. A few days, I managed to get up 7:30 or so on my own, but I can’t keep it going.
I wish I could go to sleep earlier at night, but I just can’t seem to do it.
Summers coming, and I want to get up by 9:00 each morning at least. As last summer, I was lucky if I got up any earlier than 11. I never went to bed until 2 or 3 every night, so I’m hoping to change that now, by being in bed by 12 in the summer. I know once I get started, its only easy to keep going. Getting started is the hard part.
