Have been having trouble with this – family resistance and, well, it’s BBQ season. We generally have veggie burgers but sausages tend to be chicken/turkey. In general have been good with lunches except for leftovers as well as sushi meals.

I have decided to continue to eat eggs and milk because
– the animal didn’t die to produce it
– soy milk is gross and I’m not convinced it’s healthy to consume all that soy
– Cheese, cheese, cheese! How can I turn down cheese? Fake cheese is truly revolting.
So far, not so great. However, considering I used to eat meat at every meal (not including breakfast), I’m averaging 4-5 lunches per week that are vegetarian and probably 3-4 dinners per week. Weekends I’m allowing myself the flexibility to eat meat.
As much as possible I’m trying to avoid animal-based broth but the vegetable boullion cubes are crap…so it will be Campbell’s reduced-salt chicken broth for nwo.
