In Australia, we have these “Community Colleges” which are a (cheap) way to learn various stuff.
I’ve done 2 (beginner) guitar courses last year, I enrolled in another one this year.
Much better than tinkering by myself at home.

I’m thinking about toying with python for web based programming (looking at simple things like http://webpy.org/).
For most of my current work though, PHP gets the job done without being too “fancy pants” about it.

my weight fluctuates quite a bit, but consistently working out and eating well, combined with protein shakes does the trick.
I get unflavoured protein (organic soy) – around 30 grams
a few ice cubes
some frozen mixed berries
some pine-coconut juice
mix that up with a blender = tasty protein frappe :)
