How I did it: Every little thing used to get to me. Everything from waking up 5 minutes late, to missing a problem on my math homework, to spending ANY amount of money. Even things I should have enjoyed made me tense up. Going horseback riding, I was constantly worried about what might happen or what others might say. A lot of it was being self conscious.
