I have modified my practice after being away for awhile. Could not figure out how to balance yoga with qi gong daily. So, I have modified my yoga to 9 sun salutations, forward bend, corpse, and a few other poses that only take about 20 minutes. My body has missed yoga and the stretching and this seems to be just the right amount and balance with my qi gong but is still challenging timewise on the days that I work. One is going to have to go on the days I work.. I;m not sure which one. My mind and spirit crave the qi gong but my physical body craves the yoga
Collect some twigs and leaves from outside and place them with my rock collection on a pretty plate with a candle in the middle. Meditation is going well. Going on Week 2 with no missed days
Maybe not exactly but I am doing at least 10 minutes in the AM and PM of breathing and being thankful. So hard when I am in school studying for exams!!
Not too good… During school it slips away from me. My body misses it

I started a knew volunteer job on Monday. I loved it. It is the population I woudl like to work with once I am a nurse. People are great to work with and so appreciative

I have booked a tour for October 6 to spend 2 weeks in Rajasthan
So the Father Joe didn’t work out. I don’t know what the deal was with the coordinator? I am set up to work at a hospice just visiting someone 1 -2 hours a week. And maybe work at the urgent care center on MOndays
Why is it I can’t lead a balanced life when I’m in school??? I haven’t done yoga for the last 2 weeks b/c of finals. I have got to learn to be balanced or will be miserable when I started the intense BSN program (12 months)
