How I did it: A 250ml smoothie for breakfast everymorning = 2. A piece of fruit everyday = 1. Lunch = 2. Dinner = 2. Thats about 7 a day so if I miss out a portion or 2 anywhere I'm still doing 5-a-day as a minimum. Read how I did it…
I play football every thursday and usually go for a beer or two with my team mates afterwards. I’m going to just drink lemonade or some other non alcoholic drink after games anymore. When I think about it, what’s important is just having a laugh with the lads not the actual beer itself. Two of them dont drink alcohol so that should make it very easy. I have already stuck to lemonade on a few nights and it was easy but now I am deciding in advance, no beers after football. That should have me down to about 3 or 4 nights a month.
