Did 584 squats split into 12 sets today. Legs were almost trembling afterwards. I should be ready to do 250 consecutive squats now.

Was going to write an entry about how many chin-ups I did yesterday but then just noticed my last entry on this goal. 3 years ago, wow, and i still haven’t completed it. WOW. I guess this show what happens when i give up on things, take breaks, post pone, get lazy. Ok I’m going to this and some other goals completed quickly.
