I am really tired of this book, but really glad I’ve read this far. It is the home stretch now, time to just power through.

How I did it: I finally realized a few things:1) Soda never does anything good for you.2) It makes people heavy3) Makes them unhappy (sugar crashes every single day...)4) It provides you no benefit. The only thing it has going for it is that it's sweet.Ditch it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Find some co-workers who exercise over their lunch break.Tag along! There is nothing more inspiring than having friends to exercise with and be motivated by (and you can motivate them). Also, this makes it a lot harder to skip, because you don't want to be the guy who keeps bailing on the workout ever day. How I did it: The trick is to find some things that you enjoy eating that don't have any meat in them. For me, it was the Mediterranian Veggie sandwich and black bean soup at Panera, as well as the discovery of hummus and avocados. Once you've found something delicious enough that you don't miss meat anymore, it is really easy to steer clear of it. Read how I did it…

It is so strange the way that time keeps on, and we stay mostly the same. It has been 3 years since I started this goal on here, and I am still interested in gaining strength and having a good time in the process. I am amazed that this goal is still relevant to me.
As for the actual goal, I have been doing an exercise program which promises to get me to 20 in 2 months, and I am at 18 7 weeks into it. Better get there!
