Couch to 5K: Week 1 Day 1 2 months ago

Finally got started on my Couch to 5k program tonight. Thank goodness for Destiny’s Child and Beyonce. Y’all make the best workout music!
What a tough workout since I hadn’t been to the gym in about 3 wks. I’ll be back on my workout tomorrow with a lunchtime walk up and down a steep hill. Hope the weather is pleasant in the afternoon.

Today’s weight: 199.5 lbs (yay!)
Goal: 130lbs/perfect size 8



To be true to myself first and foremost
My mini goals here. . . 2 months ago

- do what makes me happy
- don’t compromise what I feel to be true and correct
- be honest when asked what I think
- do what feels true and correct
- don’t be afraid someone won’t like me because of who I am

Unhappy with the excess weight, its covering up the confident woman inside 2 months ago

Doing the couch to 5k program. I hired a personal trainer earlier this year and I’ve been able to see where I can go in terms of running. I have absolute faith in my own ability to complete this program in the 9 weeks AND lose weight doing it. Taking it one day at a time.
My goal is to be fit and fine. Eventually focusing on holistic & natural health.

Today’s weight/size: 200lbs/16-18
Goal weight/size: 130lbs/8
