Well, I’m 3 weeks in of proving that I can indeed kill any addiction i have. I drink like 1 can of pop a week pretty much now and i find myself actually turned off by it. It totally has lost it’s ability to make me drink it. I am free.
I think it might have to do with the fact that I’ve been working out too and I always think how hard I work to get fit and i don’t want to mess it up with nasty corn syrup(that’s in pop) and I don’t want to be a slave to the fizzy beverages.
I’m not messing around with this anymore. I’m a slave to the caffeine. I feel like I can’t get through the day without copious amounts of caffeine. So, as a test of my determination to lead a better healthier life I’m going cold turkey on the caffeine for 30 days.
