I’m doing muuuuch better, but I’m on and off. I just forget sometimes. I’m having success by not ordering drinks when I go out to eat and sticking with water.

i will get it down. I just started stretching tonight, but I am pretty flexible already it seems…the longer I hold it, the better I do. so we’ll see. Wish me luck!
