Working with food. 16 months ago

Working with food is the worst. I work at the equivalent of starbucs, and let me tell you, there is no healthy food. :(
B – Soy Yogurt, Ripe Peach (200 cal)
L – Granola + Wheat Thins (About 200 cal)
D – Egg + Cheese Sandwich/Cookie/Bits of all the work goodies (Not kidding, 1500+ cal)

I lost so much weight like a month ago. I was 128-130 at the end of June. (When I was single. . ) I was loose in size 7 pants. I started dating someone I felt comfortable with and . . . then I remembered how delicious food tastes. FUCK.

I currently weigh. . . 139? Seriously. :( All those cute clothes I bought during my skinny period don’t fit and I threw out/gave away my fat clothes.

Write your goal weight somewhere on your hand and make sure to do some kind of activity every night (running, DDR, biking) Don’t take the elevator when you have the option of stairs. And most importantly, stick to it. Don’t go all day with a healthy diet only to fuck it up at night and eat a quart of vegan ice cream (. . UGH!) Keep carrots/broccoli/grapefruit in your bag so when you feel the need to snack, you’ve got that. :D Good luck guys! YOU CAN DO IT!

An “untraumatic” chapter to unfold in my life. I want a spontaneous occurrence to catalyze a series of fortunate and profound events that lead to my total and complete validation.
Do you ever feel like something is missing; for no apparent reason, even if your life is pretty average and lacks stressful attributes? I hate wasting life. Every sixty seconds of misery you spend alone glowering dubiously is sixty seconds of possible enlightenment that you can never get back.

I guess ‘feeling alive’ differs from person to person. But right now, I feel anything but alive. I’m the shell of my former self. What a strange complex. :/ I urge everyone to go live, love, and try to be happy.

Let’s all go on hiatus.
