stop drinking soda
mmmm, coke

I LOVE Coke. It’s the nectar of the god’s. I like it more than water and I used to drink it as such.

In the last two years I’ve started a campaign to stop drinking the stuff. As my co-worker pointed out, “it’s just basic maturity,” not to drink that stuff. Someone else said it’s basically, “a disease in a can,” when you consider your likelihood to get diabetes from it.

It’s really high in High Fructose Corn Syrup, which I’m also trying to avoid.

So, I rarely drink it anymore. Sometimes though, I do still like to sneak in a nice cold, refreshing can. Everything in moderation.

Keep reaching

For the longest time I thought my arms just simply weren’t long enough. My mom insisted I try and that made me only more averse to attempting it.

Recently though I decided to reclaim my body. I began a daily routine of reaching down. Someone also taught me to lie with my feet over my head, which stretches your lower back. Now I can rich all the way down!

I’ll actually tie my shoes now, instead of just ignoring the loose laces dragging on the ground. You can do it too. Good luck.
