i have been eating breakfast all year, and it’s easy once you get used to it. i now can’t remember why i didn’t eat breakfast before. it’s a nice way to start the day.

sabbatical 4 years ago

i asked for and was granted a two-month sabbatical and it really helped me retain some balance in my work/life. i feel refreshed, and with at least a week left before returning to work, i was ready to go back! i’ve been back at work for over a month and still find my stress levels improved and my overall perspective much better.
