I have fully realaxed my self,focus on my image ,and tried to convince myself that i can become a wolf! But nothing works! I am so upset about this i have tried more than 5 times! I am begging so terrible! PLEASE SOMEONE WITH A KIND HEART TEACH ME!!!!! (Once i to P-Shift learn i will teach others with lots of joy and passion.)
