How I did it: I went to the gun range with my husband and my ex-military in-laws. I could feel my legs shaking as I walked toward the door. I’ve been to the gym 3 times this week to do cardio, arms, and abs. This goal is essential to my other goal of losing 50 pounds. I know I can do it!
I’ve caught the fever! I am also going to do the AIDs walk in Atlanta on October 18th with my job’s diversity group. This cause is as close to my heart as fighting blood cancers; I feel personally effected and thus connected to these causes.
