I’m wondering if anyone could help me with developing my abilities.I have a couple but can’t really control them.

I found out I was a natural-born Lycan about a month ago.I know nothing about this and would like any advice anyone can give.I don’t know anyone else like me but I have a friend who is a vampire.She is the closest supernatural being I have talked to.

I recently found out that I am a natural-born Lycan.I know nothing about this and would gladly accept any help you can give.I would also like help on how to transform.My best friend is a vampire and she was dying,so I let her drink from me.Is it dangerous for a vampire to drink Lycan blood?
