How I did it
How I did it: I made a decision that I wanted to become a healthier person. At first, it was difficult to find the motivation to start. But one day I just went out running and I felt great! I started slowly-working out 30 minutes for 3 days a week and worked my way up to 1 hour 5-6 days a week. I focused on cardio and began to incorporate weight training to tone up.
