Okay… So, I’ve tried a million things. Until a month ago I had tried all the easy things. Then, I decided to do the obvious. Join the gym. So, I joined the gym and didn’t know where to start. I asked a friend that works out there to help me get started and ever since he did everything’s fell a lot smoother but it’s still not easy. As I began going to the gym all the time I started feeling better and better about myself. When I picked up sweets and fried foods I thought to myself.. “Two bites of this will basically mean that my trip to the gym 15 minutes ago was completely worthless.” And that helped me. It actually helped me a lot. So, now I’m eating healthier and going to the gym. I feel much better and can’t wait to lose more weight!

I went and got my gym membership last Friday. A friend of mine was supposed to go with me to get hers as well but that day she had an excuse and then day after day since she has. So, oh well! I’ve learned that it’s up to me to do what I need to do. My mom and I have also been walking daily. I’m enjoying doing these things because I feel so much better about myself and my body feels better. So, this is well worth doing. I had always put it off because I assumed it would be costly. When I finally got myself to check into it, it’s not bad at all and well worth it!
