I’ve read about and longed to see New Orleans for many many years. The recent disaster has made me appreciate that I may never have the opportunity to meet my goals, that history won’t wait for me to stop dragging my feet. Seize the day!!
My son isn’t even a year old yet, but I’m trying to plan ahead. I hope to live long enough to see him off to his prom, smile at his wife, and meet my grandchildren.
