I'm doing 1 thing
I pause with my fingers poised over the keypad….1 minute passes, 2 minutes pass, wondering what in the world I could add to this website that hasn’t already been said. There’s definitely a collective feeling of where did those 20 years go and I can’t wait to see you again. I’ll be on that plane in high spirits headed to Alaska to join you all.
I suppose a brief history of my goings on would be original. As of the 10 year reunion I was yet to be married. I finally found that perfect man and we tied the knot in 2001, got busy and had two boys who are now 1 1/2 and 3 years old. I’m still living in Florida after a few brief visits to Georgia and Colorado. I either have a rocking boat beneath my feet or white sand between my toes. Oh wait, that was before making babies. Now I stay closer to home to raise my boys and look forward to the many days to come on the water with them. My boys won’t be with me on this trip. I’ll bring them up in about 5 years when they will understand what I’m talking about when I say, “We all need to know our roots, boys.”.
I miss the mountains and you all!
