Ok so here we go again…
Been struggling with my weight since I was 14….I’m now 21.
Enough is Enough.
When I look back, I fail everytime due to lack of organisation. So this time what do I need to do?
– Go to Weightwatchers EVERY week WITHOUT FAIL
– Attend the meetings, not just the weigh-in
– Write down everything I eat and count my points religiously
My first meeting is in an hour and a half…
