I dislocated my knee at work about a week ago. A few days ago I thought I was fine so I started walking on it with my knee brace on… not a good idea. Now my knee is killing me and I’m taking my Vicodin every 4 hours. I’m back on the crutches that I should have been using. I have a doctor’s appointment on Tuesday so we’ll see. Hopefully I didn’t screw anything up…

How I did it: I used to play this game all the time when I was younger! I was really fast so I was good at it. Reminds me of the days that I used to stay outside all day playing Mother May I, Red Rover Red Rover, Red Light, Green Light, Hide and Seek... good times. For anyone who doesnt know what this is... there are two teams and each team has a flag, or some other object that is a "flag". The point is to capture the other team's flag and bring it back… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to the store, got the relaxer kit and put it in. I started doing my own relaxers about a year ago when my hairstylist had a baby. It's cheaper than going to the salon. Read how I did it…
How I did it: My sister was home visiting from college and my parents were out. It was raining outside and we were running around the house singing at the top of our lungs. All of a sudden she grabbed my hand and flung the front door open. We ran into the middle of the street and just started dancing and singing. It was great. Read how I did it…

I was at work cleaning the top cat cages (I work at the SPCA). When I turned around to step down the step stool, some how I twisted my knee and it popped out. Gross, and it hurt so, SO bad. I started screaming and I had to go to the ER. Now I’m on crutches and off from work. But since it’s a work injury, I still get paid. Not sure if it’s worth it though…
