I need to learn how to prepare healthy vegan food

Okay…so in conjunction with my goals of losing weight and staying vegan, I need to learn how to prepare lots of healthy vegan food. I’ve found some great recipes, but it’s oh-so-tempting to just buy already prepared vegan food, which is fine in moderation, but it’s super expensive and often high in calories. So…I’m going to scour the web for good recipes and start a collection.

So…about a week ago I read the book Skinny Bitch (given to me by my doctor). I read it all in one sitting and promptly decided to become vegan, for health and ethical reasons. I just want to stay this way!
