How I did it: The nearest ice hockey team to us is the Cardiff Devils, and given we both enjoy watching NHL on tv we thought it would be good to go see a more local team. My running has ground to a halt due to tiredness, and I won’t now be able to pick it back up again til around November due to growing a little parasite. Still, I’m going to keep this on here as a reminder to get running again as soon as my body is ready, and may take the decision to roll it over to next year.
