HI everyone! End of January I started the South Beach diet, I was 173 pounds (YIKES!). I’m prediabetic due to PCOS, this is a big part of my weight gain and it’s so embarassing. My total goal is to be about 120, but little steps right. I’m now 147 pounds, I’m down 26 pounds, I’ve got more to go. I feel stuck even though I’m averaging 1.5 pounds lost per week. Anything I can do to speed it up?
