my fiance’ and i started scrapbooking our life together a while ago… we haven’t done any in a long time now… we definately need to get back into it! sooooo many great photos!
my gosh i need to start this goal! almost everything under my (very big) bed is an art supply of some sort! i need to get in and do something! i have plenty of ideas, just no time to use them!
there’s not many Christian people my age around my town… so it definately makes it harder! Eventually (once my fiance’ lives in Australia) i want to move to a bigger town/city… so hopefully there’d be a lot more young Christian people wherever we end up! i still have my eyes open for them here… but so far, no good. Oh well, fingers crossed and lots of prayers might help!

feel like chocolate?
how about a fat free chocolate pudding! they’re my favourite chocolate snack! 90 calories and 0g fat!
OR a good one, if you’re not hungry… but are just simply craving sweet foods, get a bottle of Vanilla Essence (that you put in cakes/pancakes etc.) and smell it for a minute… it’ll turn you off the sweet stuff!
want chips?
well… theres FAT FREE pringles! about 70 or 75 calories for 15 chips. not bad at all. i tend to eat 15 of these with my sandwich for lunch (sandwich on Sara Lee 45 calorie bread might i add).
OR instead of chips, pick up some light popcorn! usually about 15-30 calories per cup! i usually popped a bag in the microwave, then sorted it into small ziplock bags… 2 cups in some, 3 or 4 in others…. then marked the bag with how many cups are in the bag and how many calories… that way, depending how much ive eaten that day i can always make sure i dont go too far with it!
you loooove candy?
how about subsituting it with fruit snacks? you can buy them in the grocery store where you find kids snacks etc… usually around 80 calories for a packet… its a nice little sugar hit when you need one… and you cant go overboard cause there’s only about 10 per packet! i like ‘fruit smiles’ from Walmart… and the disney ones at grocery stores!
do you really love icecream?
go to the grocery store and buy some cups of Yoplait fat free (or any other fat free) yogurt… Yoplait has great flavours! like lemon merangue pie! and chocolate! they’re low in calories, and of course, fat free! if you like the way icecream is so cold.. freeze the yogurt cups! or just chill them in the fridge!
but either way, healthy or unhealthy, dont go overboard with your snacking! and make sure you get plenty of real fruits and vegies!
