Today I start my diet planning. My goal is to get down to 275lbs. My current weight is unknown, but is greater than 350lbs. I’m going to go to the italian market and see if there is a scale large enough there to weigh me. I will post a story about that later. My diet plan is going to inolve eating 2000-2500 calories a day. Walking to work whenever possible. Doing pushups at the office. And using the gym for some weight training/biking. I would prefer to only eat things that I have studied. That way I can keep track of vitamins, calories, etc. I would like to see results in about two-three weeks. I will be kicking this off on Monday, Aug 21st.
