...definitely a change. I don’t snap at people as much and I let everyone have their say, no matter how much I dislike them. Before I started working on this, I would say my piece and automatically expect people to accept it and that was that. Now, I’m open to learning other’s opinions and I’m not so pushy. I like myself more now than before without a doubt. I still need some work, though.

I catch myself slouching all of the time when before I didn’t care at all. I believe along with losing 30 pounds this year, I’m more aware of my body. I feel more confident when I’m sitting or standing up straight. I’m still not in the habit, however, which I’m trying really hard to work on.

Bills Bills Bills…it’s all I seem to be hearing this month. I’m glad I decided to start putting some away for that little extra I used to think would never add up or make a difference has come in quite handy. Now that it has been depleted, however, I’m back to square one. But at least I know it’s not all in vain.
