why? 18 months ago

I read alot of the entries here and I gotta say, most people doesnt sound like they have to lose weight.
110-115 lbs? That doesnt sound like a person that have to lose weight. They are not even short. Help me understand, is to feel better? Do you think youre fat? Why lose weight when youre already skinny?

Things are going alright.
My goal weight is about 8 kg away now. Wow, that is a little depressing. Well, I guess it`s not to bad. Its just normally when I want to lose that much weight its gotta happen NOW! Why cant I just have patience?

I`ll try this time. promise

I am norwegian, so I eat norwegian food, but anyway; here is what I normally eat for BF;

20 g cucumber ( 2 kcal )
10 g ham ( 10 kcal )
1 slice of light cheese 8 g ( 35 kcal )
2 slices of “low calorie health bread” ( 42 kcal )

Total amount of kcal ; about 89.

I dont know if any of that made sense, but thats what I eat ;)

I have lost about 20 pounds. Thats great, isnt it? :D
I have to keep it off this time! Note to self; do not binge eat! ay ay ay ay.. Not this time.

This time I am going to reach my goal weight. When I reach that weight I will jump up and down, and FINALLY let myself eat 1 chokolate bar. ;) Cus if I start to eat chokolate now, not even a bulldozer can stop me.
