I want to be a healthy 8 stone before my birthday in January, so I can make a fresh start for myself when I hit 17. I’ve been self-conscious to the point of illness about my weight and looks, and so I decided I need to do something about it.
I’ve set myself a reasonable amount of time to do this, considering I only need to lose 13lbs.
I’m 5’7” at 125lbs at the moment.
I intend to exercise more, cut out all the crap that I binge on and just generally stop stressing so much about eating.
