I made glazed pork chops, roasted potatoes, and corn for dinner Wednesday night. I used the America’s Test Kitchen pork chop recipe, and it came out pretty good. The chops I got were a bit on the thin side, so they were not as tender as I was hoping. The taste was fantastic though! :)
M and I have challenged each other to eat better and exercise more this month. Whoever loses the highest percentage of their body weight wins, and the loser will cook all of the household meals for the entire month of May.
My pound goal is 10 for this month. That will be nearly 15% of my body weight.
