I don’t find myself to be at an acceptable weight. I have battled weight all my life and I just want to snuff out this issue once and for all. I weight 210# and I would like to weigh 150. I will have better energy, less risk for diabetes, less pain from so much weight on my joints and be a good example for my children.

I was not born with a thick skin and the negative situations and people and life bother me too easily. I want to learn to just be and accept the good with the bad without getting bent out of shape. I would like to do this without going to boot camp or something radical like that.
Keeping my place clean has been a long term battle for me. A ten year long battle in fact. When I lived at home I cleaned my parents house all the time since my mother was mentally and physically unwell. Then I went to school, only had to care for myself and when I started a family it seemed to go down hill. I can keep the house clean enough to keep away pests, social services or inspectors but that is not acceptable. My plan is to clean every day for thirty minutes(including dishes and maintenance cleaning.) I can’t let my child grow up like this.
