Over the last few weeks I’ve noticed some improvement in my level of anxiety, I don’t feel the same fear when I’m going out the front door. I think I just got tired of all the worrying. Now I’m in my second semester of university and I had to do a presentation in a lecture theatre. It was only a 1 minute presentation but I was so scared of standing in front of so many people, but I did it and it really helped calm my anxiety (even though I know there was at least one person laughing while I was doing the presentation). However, I still have a very long way to go.If theres a situation you’re afraid of I guess the best way is to face it.
