I almost took an apartment that I didn’t love but was just good enough. Today I found it. My IT apartment. Real hardwood floors that are being refinished, lots of windows, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, claw foot tub, and a HUGE balcony. Not to mention right in the area I wanted. It’s perfect. I move in April 1st. Now the shopping begins!!!

How I did it: I decided what was important to me and where I was willing to let things slide. I was prepared to give up most of these things if I found the right place but with a LOT of patience and persistence I didn't have to sacrifice a single thing on my list and… Read how I did it…
I looked up a few places in Calgary that offer pole dancing lessons. Next step is picking one. I think this goal is going to have to wait until I’m a little more settled into my new city, I have too many other expenses right now. Maybe in May.
