i am preparing myself to do just this. I live and breathe music and I won’t be satisfied until I travel and perform for the world!!!

Yea I’m halfway there. I am very pleased with my progress except that I did slip up yesterday. wasn’t hungry but I was craving a cuban sandwich. I ate a half and immediately I felt sick to my stomach. I vomited and I stayed on the toilet all day long. I actually lost 3 pounds today, but sadly I lost those pounds the wrong way. Anyhow though I immediately drank my senna tea and some lemonade. Now I have a itch rash that won’t quit. I hope it doesn’t last long. The goood part about my mistake is now I have no temptation to eat ANYTHING! I can do this and I will!!! :)

Okay I am starting Day 4!!!! I feel so good right now. I just feel refreshed. Yesterday was a different story though. I was miserable and I wanted Pizza Hut, Chinese Food…any Kind of Food…I wanted to eat. I wasn’t hungry but I just really wanted to eat. I was in tears because I almost couldn’t take the cravings. Luckily I called my mom and my two friends who are doing it with me and they encouraged me to continue the MC. I did it and I am so glad I did. To everyone who feels like I did…KEEP GOING!!! I know it’s hard but you can do it. I promise you, you’ll be glad you did.
