I changed schools and I can’t get a discount on my school books anymore if I don’t get a new card. I’ve been supposed to order a new one (you can do that online, how can it be that hard to do it?) for weeks now. My dear future self: Go get the card.

I think I found the gym I like. I’m going to find out how much does the membership cost and go look around next week. This goal will be on my completed list pretty soon! Awesome.
I’ve just always struggled with my weight, not a whole lot really, but still. I’ve never been skinny, nor fat, until I moved to United States for a while and started gaining weight. I think I put on almost 10 kilos or something, and now my body mass index tells me I’m slightly overweight, and that’s what tipped me off the edge.
This has affected my self-confidence and I think that’s a part of why I’m so stressed so often nowadays. I’m also concerned about type-b diabetes (!), so this is for the health reasons on first place.
Here’s what I’m going to start with:
1. EAT LESS SUGAR
2. Less noodles :-(
3. Stop snacking
4. Start eating breakfast
5. Quit coffee
6. Start jogging
7. Start working out
