In PE we had to hold plank for as long as we could and I was disappointed to be hurting after 60 seconds (but I held on for 200). Like 3 years ago I could hold it for 9 minutes but I haven’t done it for a while but I wanna get up to 20min and 5 is 1/4 of the way there and the next step up after 200seconds I think since it is 300 seconds. You can really feel it in your ribs the next day and already by ab area is more defined because it is a little flabby.
