I dunno which day is it, probably 4th or 5th, but I’d like to do this again.
I tried to go to a therapist, it didn’t help me at all. She just talked I should like myself the way I am, that life is about being spontanous and that I shouldn’t wish for things I can’t have. I got my weight again, now I lost it again… this weight-bouncing wasn’t good, but now I learned what to eat.
The naked flesh is tempting, the part of me wants to do all the things young people do, but I quickly grow tired of it. And last night, I had nightmares related to my problems again. And now I know… I’m still too fragile and gentle, I still have to grow stronger. For my sake.

How I did it: I took no diet.... I learned what to eat, how much to eat, and stick to that. Everyone has to mind about his nutrition, eat only what really is food (snacks, sweets, candies, sodas, etc... arent) and you have to exercise at least 3 times a week. How I did it: I asked a friend who can cook Japanese rice how to do it. She explained it needs to be short grained rice (Japanese rice is the best, but you probably need some easier substitution to find..In my case, it was Macedonian rice), needs to be washed and cooked on it's own steam for about 20 minutes. How I did it: I knew I have to do this, I felt like a potato with huge legs, huge butt and sticks in place of arms. Nothing special is going on, just letting you know I didn’t give up. I have no sexual desires whatsoever, but I know I still have problems. I’m focusing on my emotions, feelings and insecurities, not on sex.
It was supposed to be Day 30, but I couldn’t any longer. It just wasn’t stopping and I’m mentally fatigued. I did my best for now.
I’ll try to make it all better and better, I have to be stronger. :)
