How I did it: Stretching can be done without a gym but I like the routine and feel like I'm focusing on myself for a half hour. My knees are so much stronger just by paying them attention. How I did it: I looked for jobs within the same company and applied to one that seemed to fit -- I met the people first to get a gist of the environment.
