this may sound really cheesy and like an advertisment but there’s this “self help” thing from an english guy called the “linden method” that is actually helping me, if anyone needs help getting over panic attacks check this guy out. the actual kit is way too expensive for anyone with a full blown panic disorder so there are alternate methods of obtaining the audio of the kit. i’m still working on not feeling generally anxious but with the help of this self help thing and my new boyfriend things are looking up. knock on wood

all my attempts at receiving medical care have been denied, i can’t work with the panic attacks and therefore can’t get any money to pay for doctor care. i’ve even been denied by pro bono counselors and being admitted to an inpatient mental hospital. its not going to end. i give up

i’m back up to almost 90 lbs!! i’ve been 82 for about 6 months and now i’m steadily moving into the 90’s!! :D building muscle really helps!
