How I did it: Starting Weight Watchers made me super aware that i needed to drink more water in order to keep my body going. So, i got strange looking bottles- not cylindrical, but nearly rectangular that are HUGE- and i keep them full. One stays with me at my desk. It holds 1.5 liters. My husband heard my pleas for an upgrade from my 5 year old 3.1 megapixel camera and spoiled me with a new Canon Powershot A560. Next step up will be DSLR, but this is a great start.
