I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks ago and was stuffing my face with chocolate and takeaways, I gained 6 pounds back. I got back on it a week ago and weighed myself today and have lost those 6 pounds and another pound for good measure. So i’m the lightest i’ve been on my diet, 19 pounds down :-).

The shifting of lots of weight at the start of a diet is now over but I still lost another 2 this week which is fine, as long as I shift 2 a week i’m happy it’ll mean i’ll be at my target weight by next summer. I need to start doing some exercise now but i’m lazy but I know it’ll be worth it. 18 pounds in 3 weeks :-) keep up the good fight people.
I’m down another 5 pounds making it a total of 16 pounds in 2 weeks! that’s just over a stone, I think it would proably have been more if I hadn’t drank so much over the holiday weekend and had a cornish pasty cause I was drunk but i’m still happy, as long as I lose 2 pounds a week i’m fine.
I find it helps to think of your weight as the weight of things around you, I have a bowling ball that weighs 15 pounds so i’ve lost that and another pound in 2 weeks, it just makes it seam more impressive to think of things like that.
I’ve found a new healthier form of sugar too it’s called xylitol, it’s found in fruits and in our bodies naturally, it’s very expensive though, £2.50 for a small bag!! but I make my own cereal with it that lasts me 2 weeks so it’s all good. I can’t plug this GL diet enough, I don’t even feel like i’m on a diet i’m just eating great tasing healthy food :)
