How I did it: Determined that I would not keep the television on past 9, and if not tired by then, would read but not past 10. For years, I have stayed up late and watched too much television, I was tired a lot. By making the goals for myself, I found I was much more rested, including able to wake up without an alarm clock on most days.This also had to include that I would not go out on weeknights. How I did it: I cut out lots of carbs, ate more veggies and fruit, cut down portion size, cut out dairy and stop drinking calories! Once you lose the first 20, you realize it's possible to continue.
