Hard work but I’ve done it! It’s so nice being complemented on how good I look now I have a waist again and I now have more ‘thin’ days than ‘fat’ days. I’m still a size 16/18 UK but I’m curvey again and my self confidence is finally coming back.
I think that the best thing is that I did it myself by eating sensibly and walking more often. No faddy diets for me, no slogging away in the gym, just being sensible. I have NO will power for 99% of the time and if I can do it, anyone can.
