How I did it: I attended a sewing class and the first thing I sewed was this jumper :) It needs one meter of fabric and the pattern of a skirt. and two bands to add to the skirt!I also accessorized it by making a beautiful ribbon flower for its top center!Still need to buy two buttons for the bands :D Read how I did it…
