Seriously stuck here at about 45 pounds. I cannot seem to make any progress. Maybe I need to switch to something other than Weight Watchers?

How I did it: To put this into perspective, I've been on Weight Watchers since early 2009. I'm currently on a quest to lose half my original body weight (yes, seriously obese here) and it's easier to break the whole terrific mass down into 10-pound increments--otherwise I'd give up before I'd begun. This segment of the weight loss journey I almost threw in the towel after staying right around the same weight for over a month. I don’t know if it was all the English kidlit I read growing up, or just something to do with the British pieces of my family tree, but ever since I was a wee tot I’ve wanted to go to England in the worst way. If I had to pick just one place, I guess I’d go to London—but I’d like to have enough time to just roam all over the country.
Nearly went just before hubby and I got engaged. I’ve planned several trips since, but something always seems to throw a monkey wrench in the works.
